With this wedding thing under way I have made it my mission to find a way to save us even more money. For the past month I have been playing with the idea of Menu Planning. I scoured the internet for ideas for meals but everything I found included tons of ingredients and spices. Not exactly my idea of a way to lower my grocery budget.
Well I came across Organizing Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday link up and I am in love. Tons of bloggers linking up their menu plans. Great way for me to find new ideas and to share my meals as well.
Ours will include simple, easy and quick to make dinners. I hope you will enjoy. I will also include each week one of our dinners directions. I am not a food photographer though so don’t expect pretty pictures.

Chicken and Rice with Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe
Mixed Frozen Veggies
Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 – Make rice according to directions on box.
2 – Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook it as normal.
3 – Heat up your mixed veggies.
4 – Put rice on plate, my husband likes to make it look pretty. (He is the cook in the house)
5 – Put chicken on top of rice.
6 – Pour can of cream of chicken soup on top. We do not add water as we use it as a gravy type of deal.
Super simple, minimal ingredients and made in less than 20 minutes. Bonus, this is the only way my kids will eat rice.
